EG delivered not just the activities it also created a transparent, effective and defining online MIS system to capture data from its coordinators – daily activity report, their feedback and comments on each activity in each HSBC branch was duly filled into the online form. The feedback from the participants online and offline was collated and entered into the MIS system to systematically generate a host of tables and graphs. All data from coordinators on volunteering activity and photos were also entered online to enable easy data pull-in from the website at the end of VAF 2014 to generate detailed text and graphs for the final VAF report.
